As a matter of fact, we are that convinced that we even offer you your money back, if you are not satisfied with your TAPP Ultra, or any of our products.
If within 30 days after receiving your order, you are not satisfied with the product, we offer you your money back.
To return an order for a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we have received the product and finished inspection, we’ll proceed to refund the amount of the initial purchase to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that the money will take between 5 and 10 working days to appear on your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
